Construction and Installation:

2. Install doors, windows, flooring, and roofing.

3. Assemble and install kitchen and bathroom fixtures.

Repair and Maintenance:

1. Repair damaged or deteriorated structures.

2. Replace defective or rotten wood.

3. Maintain existing buildings and structures.

Safety and Quality:

1. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

2. Conduct site inspections and report hazards.

3. Ensure high-quality workmanship.

Teamwork and Communication:

1. Collaborate with colleagues and subcontractors.

2. Communicate effectively with supervisors and site managers.

1. 2+ years of carpentry experience.

2. High school diploma or equivalent.

3. Physical fitness and ability to lift 50 pounds.

4. Basic math skills and attention to detail.
