Customer Service:

2. Answer and direct phone calls.
3. Respond to emails and messages.
Administrative Tasks:
1. Manage scheduling and appointments.
2. Maintain accurate records and files.
3. Perform data entry and bookkeeping.
4. Prepare documents and reports.
Front Desk Operations:
1. Manage reception area and maintain organization.
2. Monitor and control access to the building.
3. Handle package delivery and mail.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
1. 1+ year of front desk or administrative experience.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Experience in a professional office setting.
2. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
3. Certification in administrative assistance.
4. Bilingual or multilingual.
